1. Acceptance

By using InstaPlot ("the Service") you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language — no legal traps, no hidden clauses. If you disagree with any part, stop using the Service.

2. What the service does

InstaPlot is a free, browser-based data visualization tool. You paste or upload data; the Service generates a chart. All processing happens entirely inside your browser. No data you enter is ever transmitted to or stored on any server operated by RunTimeZero.

3. Privacy — the short version

We collect nothing. Specifically:

• We do not receive, store, or process any dataset you paste or upload.
• We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
• We do not fingerprint your browser or device.
• We do not sell, share, or license any information about you to any third party.
• The only data stored locally is your theme preference (localStorage key cg-theme), which never leaves your device.

Your data exists in your browser's memory while the tab is open. When you close it, it is gone. We have no access to it at any point.

4. Third-party libraries

InstaPlot loads Plotly.js from cdnjs.cloudflare.com the first time you generate a chart. This is the only external resource the Service loads. After the first load, your browser caches it. Cloudflare's CDN may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user-agent) as part of normal CDN operation — this is outside RunTimeZero's control. We have no affiliation with Plotly or Cloudflare beyond using their open-source and CDN services.

5. Your content

Any data you visualize using InstaPlot belongs entirely to you. RunTimeZero makes no claim over it. We never see it.

6. Free to use

InstaPlot is free with no hidden costs, no premium tiers, and no export watermarks. Voluntary support via the "Support the Server" link helps cover infrastructure costs but unlocks nothing — the full product is already free.

7. Disclaimer

InstaPlot is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy of automatically detected chart types, axis labels, or unit inferences. Always verify data interpretations before using charts in professional or academic contexts. RunTimeZero is not liable for decisions made based on charts generated by the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
